Welcome to EverTale! These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of our mobile application and website. Please read them carefully.
By downloading or using the EverTale app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services. Because EverTale is an application specifically designed for families and children, we require that an adult parent or legal guardian accept these terms on behalf of the child using the app.
EverTale provides interactive, narrated AI storytelling features. The generative nature of the stories means that each experience is uniquely synthesized. We strive to provide entirely G-rated, age-appropriate content, and we continuously monitor and improve the safety guardrails of our models.
Parents are responsible for creating and managing the account and overseeing the child's usage. The service is strictly intended for personal, non-commercial use.
All original narratives, characters, art assets, and audio assets produced natively by EverTale are owned by EverTale. You may enjoy these stories within the app, but you may not scrape, reproduce, distribute, or commercially leverage the automatically generated content outside of personal use.
EverTale is currently free to use, with daily fair-use limits on story creation. If we introduce premium subscriptions in the future, all billing, cancellations, and refunds will be handled through your respective App Store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) according to their policies, and these Terms will be updated before any charges apply.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including playing without limitation if you breach the Terms.
